We've recently remapped quite a few Motorhomes. Based on common vans, it's not unusual to remap a motorhome as they're a heavier vehicle than the van based variant will ever be with fridges, ovens, extra water tanks ect all adding extra weight to the base van.
The photos below show a typical example of a Fiat Ducato that's been converted into the Bessacarr Motorhome. The problem with the additional weight from the conversion is that the standard vehicle's 130 bhp struggles to maintain speed when going up hills. But that's not a problem for Mobile Remaps as our tuning will add a further 20% power and more importantly torque to the Ducato's engine. The benefit of this additional power is that your Motorhome can maintain speed on inclines, overtake slower vehicles more safely and in most cases, deliver improved MPG as well.
